The farther shores of lunacy, Islamic style, would undoubtedly include the solemn Dating-Do’s-‘N-Don’ts set out by that learned Shi’a theologian, the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, which included this unforgettable statement, published in his Tahrirolvasleh, vol. 4, Darol Elm, Qom, Iran, 1990: “A man can have sex with animals such as sheep, cows, ewe, camels and so on. However, he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village; however, selling the meat to the next door village should be fine.”
Another example would be the story that appeared last month, from Pakistan – like Iran, a laughing-stock among the nations — about a woman who was stabbed to death because another woman “dreamt” the victim had committed blasphemy against the Prophet Muhammad. The report on that is here.
A third example has just appeared at that indispensable site MEMRI.org. It consists of a summary, followed by a complete transcript, of an interview given on March 22 by a respected Islamic scholar, Mraweh Nassar, about the real cause of the war in Ukraine and the sinister plans of the Zionist Jews who are getting ready for their big move out of the failing state of Israel to the new Jewish state of Ukraine.
This lunatic interpretation of Putin’s War is here.
Palestinian Islamic scholar Mraweh Nassar, the Secretary-General of the Jerusalem Committee of the International Union of Muslims Scholars, said in a March 22, 2022 interview on the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Arabic-language Channel 9 (Turkey) that the war in Ukraine was instigated by the Jews in order to establish a Jewish state there to replace Israel. He explained that the Jews have been forsaken by America and the West, who have come to realize that the Zionist project is a failure that will come to an end within two years. He elaborated that the Israelis have thus realigned with Russia and China.…
The “Zionist project is a failure that will come to an end in two years”? The Jews have “been forsaken by America and the West”? When European countries are clamoring to buy Israeli weapons? When Israel’s weight as an economic powerhouse, especially in every aspect of high tech, is being felt all over the Western world? When Israeli start-ups have their IPOs on Wall Street, and every week another one is declared a “unicorn” – meaning the company has a valuation of more than one billion dollars? When Israel has become a world leader in anti-missile defenses, both Iron Dome and Iron Beam, and in drone technology? When Israeli planes and IDF soldiers routinely are asked to take part in NATO exercises? When the Secretary-General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, notes that “Israel has been an important partner to NATO for more than 20 years, as well as an active member of NATO’s Mediterranean Dialogue. NATO and Israel cooperate in different domains, including science and technology, civil emergencies preparedness and management, resilience, counter-terrorism, military medicine, countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and women, peace and security”? When the internationally-accepted definition of antisemitism, formulated by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), has been adopted by 36 countries, and many international organizations? When Israel is ranked as the ninth happiest country in the world, having moved up from 14th in 2020 to 11th in 2021, to 9th today? When Israel is a world leader in solar energy, in water management (including recycling, drip irrigation, desalination, and producing water out of the air), in long-life batteries? When tiny Israel has become a leader in cyberwarfare and cybersecurity, ranked up there with the likes of the U.S., China, Russia, and the U.K ?
This Palestinian Islamic scholar Mraweh Nassar is projecting his own despair onto Israel. It is not Israel, but the Palestinians, who are being “forsaken” by so many. By the EU, which this year has withheld all aid to the PA, and will not allow any of it to be transferred until after the PA has revised or replaced its antisemitic textbooks. By the American foreign policy establishment, which as the American government finally “pivots toward Asia” — having left Afghanistan entirely. and kept only 2,500 troops in Iraq — has lost much of its previous interest in the Middle East and the matter of Palestine. By the Bidenites, who have failed to reopen both the PLO office in Washington and the “consulate to the Palestinians” in Jerusalem, as they had once promised they would do. By the four Arab states – the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, and Sudan — that have joined the Abraham Accords, in order to promote their own national interest by normalizing ties with Israel, rather than allowing the Palestinians to have a veto over their dealings with the Jewish state. By other Arab states, including the most populous, Egypt, and the richest, Saudi Arabia, that value their security alliances with Israel over their relations with the Palestinians. By the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, who spoke for many Arabs when in 2018, exasperated with Mahmoud Abbas’ constant whining for more support, cut him off and told him “just take whatever deal the Americans offer you.” Diplomatically, economically, militarily, Israel goes from strength to strength. Diplomatically, economically, militarily, the Palestinians continue their downward trajectory.
Mraweh Nassar: “The [Israelis] understand nothing but force. If the security of their state depends on aligning with Russia, or at least being neutral, they will do this even if it means sacrificing the [Ukrainian] Jews.
Israel is not forsaking the Ukrainians, Jews and non-Jews alike. It has now delivered more than 220 tons of humanitarian aid to the Ukraine, far more than any other country except the U.S. It has built an enormous field hospital inside Ukraine, staffed by Israeli medical personnel. The Israelis are not “sacrificing” Ukrainian Jews, but throwing wide open their doors to potentially hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian Jewish refugees, and so far have also taken in 25,000 non-Jewish refugees. Israel is not aligning with Russia, nor is it neutral. It voted to condemn Russia at the UN and its leaders have been condemning Putin and the Russians ever since. But Israel is holding back on supplying weapons to the Ukrainians out of the understandable worry that Russia, in retaliation, would no longer let Israeli planes roam the skies over Styria, hitting Iranian bases where precision-guided missiles are both manufactured, and kept for transfer, to Hezbollah. This consideration, unique to Israel, explains the Jewish state’s refusal to deliver weapons to Zelensky.
“Even in the false Holocaust… There is a book written by a Jew, which asks ‘Who killed the Jews?’ They were offered to take the Jews for five dollars each. They took one look, saw that most of them were old, and said: ‘We don’t want them.’ A Jew wrote this book and said: ‘We killed the Jews’ — that is what he means — ‘because we refused to accept 100,000 or 200,000 Jews who were in Germany, in exchange for a handful of dollars.’
“They only wanted young people. They did not want the old.
The “false Holocaust.” Of course, it had to have been “false,” the number of victims greatly inflated so as to win sympathy for the nascent Jewish state. And it worked: people just keep reporting that “six million died,” without considering the evidence that such people as Mraweh Nassar provide. In his own peculiar lunatic twist to Holocaust denial, Mraweh claims it is “false,” but then, in the next sentence, suggests that it was real, and that Jews outside Europe, in Mandatory Palestine, were made an offer: they could “buy” Jews from the Germans and bring them to safety. But those greedy Jews didn’t “want many of them,” weren’t willing even to pay a measly five dollars apiece, when they could have saved so many. They wanted to “save” only young Jews who could help them build — literally — the Jewish state, not older Jews who would need to be supported and end up being a drain on the Treasury. Instead, those Jews were left where they were to eventually be killed by the Germans in what Nassar calls “the false Holocaust.” And that, in Mraweh Nassar’s bizarre calculus, means that “Jews killed the Jews.” The story, of course, is nonsense. But in Islam’s bizarro world, it makes plenty of sense.
Here is more from Nassar’s fantastical version of reality:
“[The Israelis] have turned to the East. They now want Russia and China because America has forsaken them. [America] told them in short: Your [Zionist] project is a failure, and you are bound to come to an end — if not this year, then the next. The Americans understand that they are supporting a failed project, so [the Israelis] are looking for an alternative, which can be Russia or [China].
Nassar keeps repeating, as a mantra, the ”failure” of the Jewish state: “America has forsaken them [the Jews].” America has told Israel: “Your [Zionist] project is a failure, and you are bound to come to an end” within the next two years. So the Israelis need an alternative supporter – Russia or China. Of course both Russia and China have been steadfastly anti-Israel for decades; what would make Israel think either of those countries could become its supporter? And why would Russia, which has been fighting to force Ukraine to remain within the Russian orbit, want to let Ukraine become the new Jewish state? And the Ukrainians themselves, fighting ferociously, have no intention of fleeing from Ukraine en masse, and leaving their country to the Russians, as Mraweh Nassar fantasizes, or leaving it empty so that it can be populated by Israelis bent on creating a new Jewish state now that the first one, in “Palestine,” has ended in “failure.”
“So they [the Israelis] would not destroy their relations with Russia or [China] over a handful of Jews. As far as they were concerned, those [Ukrainian] Jews can go to Hell….
Israel, which has moved heaven and earth to help Ukrainians with 220 tons of humanitarian aid, with an enormous field hospital, and with its providing refuge to Ukrainians – both Jews and non-Jews –who have fled Ukraine, is actually, according to Nassar’s version of events, not helping but telling Ukrainian Jews “to go to Hell” – “we won’t rescue you, you’re on your own.” His is the very opposite of the truth.
“Even the Jews themselves, including Lieberman and Netanyahu, are now convinced that Palestine cannot be the state for the Jews. So they started saying that holy Jerusalem is in Ukraine and not in Palestine. Ukraine is now the candidate to become the future Jewish state.
Mraweh Nassar may not have noticed, but both Lieberman and Netanyahu have been out of office for some time. And neither one has ever said anything like what Nassar claims – that “Palestine cannot be the state for the Jews.” According to Nassar, they have been recently been insisting that “Jerusalem is in Ukraine, not Palestine,” and Ukraine will become, if the Jews get their way, the “future Jewish state.”
“Perhaps one of the reasons they [the Jews] instigated this war was to empty out Ukraine.
How is it that no one except Mraweh Nassar appears to believe that Israel started the Ukraine war? And how does he think Jews inveigled Putin into moving 190,000 Russian troops to invade Ukraine and to declare that Ukraine was being rescued from being ruled by “Nazis,” though its government is headed by Volodymyr Zelensky, the Jewish president whose grandparents had been murdered in the Holocaust?
“The West is now convinced that the [Jewish] state is doomed, that the [Zionist] enterprise has failed. What is the solution, then? That Israel will be adopted by Russia and China instead of by the West, or that there will be an alternative [state]. The whole world knows about the Jewish state in eastern Ukraine. I remembered that there were 43,000 [Jews] there, but now they say 200,000.
The West gives no signs that it thinks the Jewish state “is doomed.” This is part of the fantasy life of Mraweh Nassar, who continues:
“Why did the Holocaust really happen? Leave aside everything that is being said. During World War II, some of the Jews joined the Americans and the West, and others joined Germany. They said: If the Germans win, we are with Germany, and if the West wins, we are with the West. Hitler found out that there were [Jewish] spies, so he killed some of them – it was not hundreds of thousands like they say. These are all lies….
“Others [Jews] joined Germany.” What Jews joined World War II on the side of Nazi Germany? It would be fascinating to hear Nassar’s putative evidence for such a bizarre claim. And we might take the occasion to remind him, and others, of Hajj Amin el-Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem, and the leader of the Palestinian Muslims from the early 1920s to the end of World War II, who did take the side of Nazi Germany. Hajj Amin el-Husseini spent the war years in Berlin, where he met Hitler. There is a famous photograph of the two, and a video of them here.
El-Husseini became a friend of both Adolf Eichmann and Heinrich Himmler, and may even have visited Auschwitz to see how the Final Solution to the Jewish Problem, which he had encouraged, was working out in practice..
Nassar explains, in both justifying and minimizing the Holocaust, that Hitler killed “Jewish spies,” and furthermore, the numbers of those killed were not even in the hundreds of thousands – “these [exaggerated numbers] are all lies.”
“They are now saying that the Temple and biblical Jerusalem are located in Ukraine and not in Palestine. If this does not work, tomorrow they might say that they are in the Netherlands.”
So Israel is “doomed to failure” within two years. And the Jews are already planning their move to safer grounds, to the soon-to-be-emptied Ukraine. They have already been planning to move Jerusalem to the Ukraine, together with all the Jewish holy sites, including the Western Wall, and the Mt. Olives cemetery, and to convince the Jewish masses that the Temple [Mount] and biblical Jerusalem are “located in Ukraine.” Quite an undertaking. And if the Jews refuse to accept that move, well then, they can re-establish their Zionist state in the Netherlands, or Birobidzhan in frigid Siberia, or Uganda in hottest Africa — it hardly matters where the Jews choose to settle, as long as they give up their “failed state” in Palestine.
It’s not hard to see what is going on here. Unhinged by despair at Israeli success and Palestinian failure, the Palestinian Muslim cleric Mraweh Nassar has convinced himself that it is Israel that has failed, and it is the Jews, desperate for another homeland, have set their sights on the Ukraine. Only a demented Palestinian cleric would come up with such a tale. For the rest of us, I’m afraid, though we can believe six impossible things before breakfast, we cannot possibly believe this. Sorry, Mraweh Nassar. But we understand. Go ahead, cling to your fantasy. It will make your life as a Palestinian cleric less unbearable, as least for the next two years, as we wait for your prophecy to be fulfilled.

Probably why they use the Crescent Moon where the face of the Man-in-the-moon is concealed. They are so paranoid, even that “face” is likely thought to be a Jew.

Muslim Cleric Claims Jews Started Ukraine War Because They Want to Establish Jewish State There
…………………………………
Why would Jews want antisemitic Russia to take over a nation with the only other Jewish leader in the world? Even my standards of Islamic “logic” this is just bizarre.
