New in PJ Media:
There is an emerging cottage industry of Islamic apologists who claim to know Christianity better than Christians themselves do; their arguments in this line usually consist of quoting various passages from the Mosaic Law and claiming that the Christians are being dishonest or ignorant when they insist that such passages do not apply to Christian belief and practice and never have. To those who are ignorant of Christian tenets, and such people are legion in America today, their arguments can seem impressive; their agenda, however, is frankly insidious.
On Monday, one of these Islamic apologists, an Englishman Paul Williams (not to be confused with the pudgy lounge singer of the same name, whom readers of a certain age will remember), who professes to be an ex-Christian, published a video claiming that what I stated on the Patrick Bet-David podcast recently is false: that Christians do not consider Deuteronomy 13:6-11, which calls for the deaths of unbelievers, to be a law they are bound to follow and never have. That passage says this:
If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend who is as your own soul, entices you secretly, saying, `Let us go and serve other gods,’ which neither you nor your fathers have known, some of the gods of the peoples that are round about you, whether near you or far off from you, from the one end of the earth to the other, you shall not yield to him or listen to him, nor shall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him, nor shall you conceal him; but you shall kill him; your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. You shall stone him to death with stones, because he sought to draw you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and never again do any such wickedness as this among you.
In making his case, Williams makes arguments that are common among Islamic apologists, claiming that Christians are, in fact, actually bound to keep the Mosaic Law. This betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of Christianity and an unfamiliarity with both its scriptures (aside from a few proof texts cited with no genuine understanding of the way they’re understood in Christian theology) and its history. Williams is apparently unacquainted with Acts 10 and Acts 15 and should read and ponder them if he really has any interest in understanding the basic Christian position on the Mosaic Law.
Williams also cites Thomas Aquinas’ argument in favor of the execution of heretics, claiming that it was the Catholic Church’s teaching at the time. There are several fundamental problems with this…

allah claims he gave the Torah{‘scripture’} to Moses {koran 2:87} and muslims accept the Torah as true{koran 3:3]but the koran violates all that is the Torah.
Jesus Christ explains the Law of Moses written down in the Torah as follows:
The Whole of the law=the Two chief Commandments[Matthew 23 v 40}
The Meaning of the law=The Golden Rule{Matthew 7 v 12}
The Two chief commandments and the Golden Rule cannot be satisfied in islam especially when non-muslims are called ‘the WORST of created beings” koran 98:6
So Jesus Christ expects Christians to follow the law BUT based on the understanding that the 2 chief commandments and the Golden Rule are the ‘whole of the law’ and its meaning.
islam and the koran VIOLATE these:in fact the koran defeats the whole purpose of the law given in the Torah/Pentaeuch.
There is no LOVE in islam. No Golden Rule.No concept of people being made in the image of God
Whoever wrote the koran{definitely human with a male chauvinistic bias} ripped off the Bible, inserted a Jizya tax money scam and this nonsense about women having to wear hijabs.

Isn’t it continually amazing how Islam/leading Muslims distort reality, Mosaic Law, to always promote the killing of non-Muslim? Quite frankly, I’m sick of all the Islamic lies, deception, subversion and those/politicians/Christians/Jews who kiss the ass of Muslims just to get a perceived good smell.

There are enough Scriptural proofs against these liars and their unending lies, if they wanted to know the Truth. They don’t want to know the Truth.
The liar, pretending to have once been “of our sort,” pretends to have known God and Christ, but he “went out from us because he is not of our sort,”….he is not an ex-Christian, because he never was a Christian; and does not know or understand the Bible, God or Christ. He never did and probably never will.
Anyone who wants to read of *his sort,* should consult the words of the Apostle John, who describes those who are part of the anti-Christ.
Jesus said His disciples….the beginning of His followers were all Jews….did not need to follow the Law because He came “to fulfil the Law.” If it was necessary for Christians today to follow the Law given to the Jews, He would not have instructed His disciples….all Jews at that time…that He was “Lord of the Sabbath,” and came to “fulfill the Law,” because no one who is imperfect could keep it.
Furthermore, as the Jewish Lawyer, Paul the Apostle to the Nations, instructed, no one needed to keep the Sabbaths, or the New Moon festivals, etc. which had been required of the Jews under Law. Paul explained that the Law was “leading to Christ,” or “the Messiah,” Who would rescue the people, Free the people, bind up their wounds, as the Prophet Isaiah had foretold.
“The Law was a tutor leading to Christ.” Now that the world has been given a Savior, the Law is no longer needed. Jesus said, “You will know the Truth and the Truth will set you Free.”
Free and not under Law. The “kingly law of love,” is all that is needed. “You must love Jehovah your God will all your heart, all you soul, all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
The Golden Rule: “Do to others what you wish to be done to you.”
There is a place “prepared for the devil and his angels,” and all of the “liars and those disgusting in their filth,” will join them there.

To give a different example of how the Muslims propagandists for Islam miss-use the Bible is that the imams as well as the mullahs and the other apologists for Islam do often quote the Old Testament book of the Bible of the of Deuteronomy 18:18 as “proof” that the coming the prophet of Islam, Muhammad, was predicted in the Bible.
For this verse reads “I will raise up a Prophet from among the brethren , like unto thee, and I will put my words in his month; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.” [K.J.V.]
To examine this verse in the entire light of the Bible does reveal the real identity of this coming Prophet.
For example the part of that verse which reads “I will put my words in his month; he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.” This was fulfilled centuries later by Jesus Who declared “For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which send me, he gave me a command, what I should say, and what I should speak.” John 12:49.
Concerning the first part of that verse which is “I will raise up a Prophet from among the brethren, like unto thee. …” The three specific words “like unto thee.” God speaking to Moses and” like unto thee” meaning, as similar to Moses. There are in, fact, many similarities between Moses and Jesus.
So a Christian pastor and author had written and book [1] listing some, but not all of the similarities between Moses and Jesus. Listed are some clear points he gave in this comparing Moses with Jesus.
The author gave after the different points of comparison on the number the points gave much detail to back those points up. So listed here are some of them but not the added details the writer gave back up the claims in the points given.
The words in brackets are my own to make things more clear for some people
In his book the points are listed under the heading “Parallels between Moses and Jesus”
[I] Both Moses and Jesus were born in a period when Israel was under foreign rule.
[II] Cruel kings decided that both Moses and Jesus should be killed as infants.
[III] The faith of both Moses’ and Jesus’ parents saved their lives.
[IV] Both Moses and Jesus found protection for a time with the people of Egypt.
[V] Both Moses and Jesus displayed unusual wisdom and understanding.
[VI] Both Moses’ and Jesus’ characters were marked by meekness and humility.
[VII] Both Moses and Jesus were completely faithful to God [The Father]
[VIII] Both Moses and Jesus were rejected by Israel for a time.
[IX]Both Moses and Jesus were criticized by their brothers and sisters.
[X] Both Moses and Jesus were received by Gentiles after being rejected by Israel.
[XI] Both Moses and Jesus prayed asking forgiveness for God’s people.
[XII] Both Moses and Jesus were willing to bear the punishment of God’s people.
[XIII] Both Moses and Jesus went up into a high mountain to have communism with God, [the Father] taking some of their closest friends with them.
[XIV] After their mountaintop experiences, both Moses’ and Jesus’ faces shone with supernatural glory.
[XV] God [the Father] spoke audibly from heaven to both Moses and Jesus.
[XVI] Moth Moses’ and Jesus’ places of burial were attended by angles.
[XVIII] Both Moses and Jesus appeared alive after their deaths.
The Christian author and pastor after providing that above list further wrote
“These are a few of the scriptural comparisons of Moses and Jesus….”
So now everyone may see, but only those who are willing to see, that Deuteronomy 18:18 was a Old Testament prophecy referring exclusively only to Jesus, and to Him alone.
