We have seen Nigerian jihadis kidnap and rape women. We have seen the Islamic State jihadis kidnap and rape women. And now we see Sudanese jihadis kidnap and rape women. No one seems to notice, but this is a common theme when jihadis conduct raids. What, oh what, could be the unifying factor?
“UN condemns sexual violence and abductions in Sudan,” Dabanga, November 5, 2023:
At least 20 Sudanese women and girls are reported to have been “abducted and held in inhuman, degrading slave-like conditions”, according to UN Human Rights spokesperson Liz Throssell. In a briefing at Geneva’s Palais des Nations on Friday, she expressed her deep alarm at these reports, urging for the captives’ release, and for them to be provided with the necessary medical and psychosocial support.
Throssell explained that women and girls are being “allegedly forcibly married and held for ransom” in areas of Darfur under the control of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
She referred to credible information obtained suggesting that over 20 women and girls have been taken, though the number could be higher.
“Some sources have reported seeing women and girls in chains on pick-up trucks and in cars. Initial allegations arose early in the conflict in the Khartoum area, which has remained largely under the control of the Rapid Support Forces”.
The UN spokesperson restated the calls of former High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk who condemned these “vile acts”, and urged for the prompt release of the abducted women and girls.
Officially, at least 105 people have been subjected to sexual violence since the hostilities in Sudan began on April 15. According to the Combating Violence Against Women Unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs, the documented rapes likely represent only two per cent of the total cases, “meaning there have been a possible 4,400 cases of sexual violence in 11 weeks alone”.
In mid-July, the Darfur Bar Association (DBA) said it received several reports about the existence of women slave markets in North Darfur, but could not confirm them….

Sudan even after Darfur, is still at it.

No surprise because they are mozlums doing what mozlums do.
The surprise is that the U.N. “condemns it.”

The only question is, when they are gonna blame Israel/the Jews for these horrific actions
somehistory says
Media outlets have called it a “conflict” as if the Christians have been fighting, killing, etc. Putting some of the blame on them.
It’s all one-sided because Jesus said we should be “peaceable”, turn the other cheek; and the poor Christians don’t have any weapons, anyway.
If there Jews there as in Israel, and they fought back, then they would get the blame.

Yes, the UN condems these actions, but condemnation is not enough. Some action is necessdary, like foprming an army to deal with these grops. KEN

“UN condemns sexual violence and abductions in Sudan.”
Means nothing until the CAUSE of this barbarism is condemned. And what are the chances the decrepit UN will condemn Islam? Hell, even one Western government after another won’t condemn the monstrosity which Is Islam so forget about the UN doing the right thing, especially since the Eastern Bloc during the Cold War has been replaced with the OIC as one of the two dominating influences (the other being authoritarian regimes like Russia, China, Cuba and Venezuela) in an international organization which no Western nation should any longer belong to. It has basically become a forum where tyrannical and authoritarian states send representatives to lecture representatives of what’s left of the free world on what they’re doing wrong.
But do expect the woeful Kamala Harris to make another statement soon about the need to condemn Islamophobia. Count on it, and with the brain-dead Biden nodding approvement. My God, the world is so effed-up and mankind overwhelmingly is now governed by terrible and foolish people. Thus, what has happened in Sudan and so many other horrible places on Earth will continue.
