In mid-August, Muslim Brotherhood-supporting Turkey was accused of giving citizenship to Hamas members. Hamas is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. By the end of August, Turkey was granting citizenship to dozens of “most senior” Hamas jihadist operatives and their families.
It is clear that Turkey is an active supporter of Hamas and also provides the terror group with cover and support in its attacks on Israel. Turkey’s support for the Taliban also should be enough to concern NATO. Should a full supporter and promoter of jihad-driven Sharia advancement really be part of the NATO alliance? Back in March, Turkey called for international recognition of the Taliban’s Islamic Emirate.
Last month, Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid and a delegation of Afghan officials “visited Turkey and met with various foreign officials including senior members of Hamas,” further demonstrating Turkey’s support for jihadists. The Taliban has said that they see Turkey as an ally, and want to build close ties. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has even admitted that “Turkey has nothing that contradicts Taliban beliefs.”
“Turkey refused Israel’s requests to act against Hamas, says official,”, by Ragip Soylu, Middle East Eye, November 9, 2022:
Turkey refused to comply with Israeli demands requesting the deportation of Hamas leaders living in the country during bilateral talks, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Tuesday at a parliamentary proceeding.
Responding to a question from MPs, Cavusoglu said Ankara does not view Hamas, the Palestinian resistance movement that rules the Gaza Strip, as a terror group and refused to expel them.
“We didn’t satisfy any [Israeli] request on Hamas, because we don’t perceive Hamas as a terror group,” Cavusoglu said. “We are always leading efforts to unify them with Fatah,” he added, referring to Hamas’ political rival, which dominates the Palestinian Authority (PA).
In late October, Israel’s Defence Minister Benny Gantz urged Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to expel Hamas leaders residing in the country during a visit to Ankara, according to Israeli news website Ynet.
The visit came two months after Turkey and Israel restored full diplomatic relations following years of tensions.
Since 2020, Israeli officials have demanded concrete Turkish steps to address the presence of Hamas leaders in Turkey before launching into reconciliation talks. Turkey refused, however, while maintaining relations with the group and continuing to host some of its leaders in Istanbul….

I think NATO has probably been infected by Globalism and Wokeism, so they can’t even recognize one of their own members Turkey is their enemy.
But let’s be honest, it’s not just Turkey but also Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and probably all other Islamic states that back global terrorism.
This is where Bush/Cheney and those who came after, made totally bungled the GWOT. The US has been lead around by the nose by Saudi Arabia, the same nation that’s largely responsible for 9/11 but Bush foolishly allowed SA to send the US on a wild goose chase, going after Saddam and the Taliban.
Not to say they were not bad actors, but in doing so, they missed out on the whole picture that we are at war with Islam the ideology and Islamic countries. Until the West figures that out, we’ll keep losing the overall war.

Actually, Israel is the stupid one here: why don’t they break diplomatic relations w/ Turkey, since that country is little different from Iran when it comes to supporting Israel’s mortal enemies?
Bibi, please do that once you’re sworn in!

Erdogan demands that Finland and Sweden expel Kurdish exiles as a condition for those countries’ admission to NATO. Israel should offer to host those Kurds, and increase military aid to the Kurds in Syria, Iraq and Iran.

However, Israel should screen those Kurds for islam. Kurds, contrary to myth, happen to be as devoted to islam as Arabs or Turks
